Store staff have been crucial to van Haren’s success. In 2016, vanHaren was looking for a modern solution to optimally connect, inform, engage and motivate its 1,800 employees. But vanHaren not only wanted to reach their employees; they also wanted to engage them in the vanHaren brand and share their passion for shoes. The solution was the Retail InTouch App!

Besides sharing news, videos, store contests and much more content with all of its employees, vanHaren uses the Retail InTouch App to connect with new employees and even future employees. Using the Onboarding module, vanHaren can share relevant information to ensure that the first days in the store, warehouse or head office will run as smoothly as possible.
